| Description
| - Psychoterapie, ať už samotná nebo v kombinaci s farmakoterapií, je podle dosavadních poznatků účinná při léčbě depresivního onemocnění a představuje dostupnou možnost zvýšení efektivity léčby deprese. Tato práce chce přispět k zpřehlednění spektra psychoterapeutických přístupů k depresi. Popisuje pět hlavních psychoterapeutických směrů užívaných při léčbě deprese a zaměří se na jejich praktickou aplikaci v klinické praxi. Jedná se o dynamickou psychoterapii, kognitivně behaviorální terapii, interpersonální psychoterapii, systemickou rodinnou terapii a humanistickou psychoterapii (se zaměřením na Gestalt terapii). Popis je doplněn přehledem evidence účinnosti a kazuistikou. Pozornost je také věnována kombinaci psychoterapie s farmakoterapií. Závěr této práce se bude věnovat styčným bodům různých terapeutických přístupů a nastíní možné další směřování komplexní terapie deprese.

- Psychotherapy alone or in combination with pharmacotherapy is according to contemporary knowledge effective in treatment of depressive disorder and represents awailable possibility of increasing efectivity of treatment of depression. This article is meant to contribute to the transparency of the spectrum of psychotherapeutic approaches to depression. Five main psychotherapeutic approaches used with the treatment of depression are described here, the focus is on their practical application in clinical practice. It is psychodynamic psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, systemic family therapy and humanistic psychotherapy (with focus on Gestalt therapy). Evidence of efectiveness and case study is attached to the description of every approach. Combination of psychotherapy and pharmacotherapy is also described here. Finaly the contact points of different psychotherapeutic approaches are mentioned and a possible future direction of complex treatment of depression is outlined. (en)
