Description	Text se zameruje na analyzu diskursu podle ktereho zakotvenost politických institucích ve sdílené kultuře je nutným predpokladem integrace moderní společnosti. První část pojednává o sociologii práva Jurgena Habermase a jeho teorii komunikatvního jedání která slouží jako základní teoretický referenční ramec interpretace vztahů mezi intergaci společnosti, legitimity sociálního řádu a motivaci sociálního jednání. Druhá část se soustředuje na diskursivní a institucionální propojenost národnosti a občanství. Vzájemná provázanost těchto dvou forem identity je zkoumána v kontextu duální krize legitimity a integrace moderní společsnosti. Třetí část analyzuje předpoklad podle kteráho politická identita občanství musí být zakotvena v kulturní identitě která slouží jako motivační síla solidarity a loajality politických aktérů. This paper subjects to critical analysis the idea that modern society can be integrated only if its political institutions will be grounded in a shared culture. The first part outlines Jürgen Habermas' sociology of law and his theory of communicative action which form the theoretical background for further exploration of the relation between integration of society, legitimacy of social order and motivation of social action. The second part deals with the question of discursive and institutional interdependence of nationality and citizenship in the context of the challenge of dual crisis of legitimacy and integration. The third part analyses the presupposition that citizenship as political identity must be based on a cultural identity serving as a motivational ground of solidarity and loyalty. (en)
