Description	The paper shows that the right of minorities is produces a national semantics and refer to danger (ideologicall) attributions in the legal system. The heart of contraversy is the claim to self-determination. (en) In dem Beitrag habe ich gezeigt, dass der gegenwärtige Diskurs über nationale bzw. ethnische Minderheiten immer zu einer Ideologisierung und Instrumentalisierung des Rechts führt. Als Ursache für diese Tendenzen wird das Selbstbestimmungsprinzip der Minderheiten angesehen. Die Antwort wird in einer alternativen Antidiskriminierungsstrategie gesucht, die nicht nur die Anerkennung des Anderen ermöglicht, sondern auch zu der realen Integration der Betroffenen führt.
