| - Segodnja my vse javljaemsa svideteljami interesnogo paradoksa: byshije „slabye“ ucheniki tradicionnoj (znanije-orientirovannoj) shkoly okazyvajutsa bolee uspeshnymi vo vzrosloj zhizni, nezheli byvshije „otlichniki“. Prichinoj etogo mozhet posluzhit to, chto „otlichniki“ v shole zanimalis zauchivanijem i vosproizvedenijem, a „slabye“ ucheniki – izobretenijem sposobov izbezhat neinteresnogo mechanicheskogo zauchivanija. V itoge u „slabych“ formirujetsa opyt tvorcheskoj dejatelnosti, razvivajutsa kreativnyje kachestva, a u „silnych“ – sposobnost k reprodukcii chuzhogo opyta. Dannyj primer ne oznachaet, chto reproduktivnyje funkcii při obuchenii ne vazhny. Znanije norm, stereotipov nakoplennogo opyta pokolenij dolzhno obrazovyvat nekij bazis, ot kotorogo i dolzhno ottalkivatsa tvorcheskoje myshlenije. Drugimi slovami – ne „izobretat velosiped“, no izobretat nechto kardinalno novoje, ottalkivajas ot znanij o „velosipede“ i nalichija prakticheskogo opyta ego sborki.
- Today all of us are witnesses of interesting paradox: the former %22weak%22 students of traditional (knowledge - focused) schools appear more successful in adult life, than former %22excellent students%22. The reason consists in the fact that %22excellent students%22 at school were engaged in learning and reproduction processes, and %22weak%22 pupils – in the invention of ways to avoid uninteresting mechanical learning. As a result %22weak%22 students are getting their experience of creative activity and developing creative skills and %22strong%22 students are forming the ability to reproduce the other people`s experience. This example does not mean that reproducing skills in learning are not important. The knowledge of norms, stereotypes of the experience gained by generations has to form a certain basis from which the creative thinking has to make a start. (en)
