Description	The article deals with the intentional use of linguistic transgression as advertising strategy in the print advertisements. According to their motivation and function, the deviations from the norm can be grouped into three categories: 1) reference to the advertised product or brand; 2) transgression of the code for positive connotation of the product; 3) emphasis of certain words by unnecessary or inappropriate use of the initial capital letters. For linguists are of great interest especially the first two resources because of their linguistic creativity; the expressive use of the initial capitals is, on the other hand, the most frequent phenomenon and very easy to apply. The basic function of all three groups of intentional transgressions is to draw the attention of the consumer; some of them also serve to connote positively the product, add a humorous element to the advertisement, etc. (en) El artículo se ocupa del empleo intencionado de la transgresión lingüística como estrategia publicitaria en los anuncios impresos. Según su motivación y función, las principales desviaciones de la norma pueden agruparse en tres categorías: 1) alusión al producto anunciado o a la marca; 2) connotación positiva del producto mediante la transgresión del código; y 3) realce de determinadas expresiones por medio del uso innecesario o indebido de mayúsculas iniciales. Para los lingüistas son de gran interés sobre todo los primeros dos recursos, ya que dan lugar a la creatividad publicitaria y abarcan diferentes juegos ingeniosos; los usos expresivos de la mayúscula inicial suponen, en cambio, el fenómeno más frecuente y más fácil de emplear. La función básica de los tres grupos de transgresiones intencionadas consiste en llamar la atención del destinatario; algunas de ellas sirven, además, para connotar positivamente el producto, aportar al mensaje un elemento humorístico, etc.
