  • Das politische Versehen der mährischen Stände verband sich im Verlauf des untersuchten kritischen Jahres 1608 sowie während des ganzen Bruderzwistes mit einem juristischen und legislativen Vorgehen. Dies stand mit langjährigen Gewohnheiten der mährischen Ständegesellscheft in Einklang, die das Landrechtals grundlegendes Bindeglied auffasste, an dass sich alle Bewohner des Landes wenden können. Obwohl die Institutionen des Landrechts zu Beginn des 17. Jahrhunderts in Mähren aus mähreren Gründen eine gewisse Krise erlebten , kam es dank Karl dem Älteren von Zierotin zu einem prinzipiellen zu einem Versuch um Rehabilitierung.
