Description
| - Education in the Czech Republic is at the verge of very important changes. The necessary systemic changes were anchored in the White Book (National Education Development Programme) in 2000. The internal transformation of the school should mainly be materialized through teachers. It is them who is expected to be the upholder of change. Especially, it is the innovative teachers who are seen as the source of novelties and good examples. How such teachers themselves perceive their possibilities to spread their ideas and experience, that is the subject of Innovative Teachers; School Culture Being Helpful or Harmful, a contribution based on a research survey made during the 2002/2003 school year.

- Vzdělávání v České republice je na pokraji velmi významných změn. Nezbytné systémové změny byly zakotveny v Bílé knize (Národní vzdělávací a rozvojový porgram) v roce 2000. Vnitřní transformace školy by měla být hlavně prostřednictvím učitelů. Jsou to oni, od kterých se očekává, že budou změnu podporovat. Obzvláště inovativní učitelé jsou považováni jako dobrý příklad a zdroj nových myšlenek. Jak takoví učitelé nahlíží na své vlastní možnosti jejich myšleknky a zkušenosti, to je předmětem Inovativní učitelé: Kultura školy napomáhá nebo škodí, příspěvek vychází z výzkumu realizovaném v průběhu školního roku 2002/2003.
