Description
  • The task of the self-developed educational programme %22Smoking and Me%22 is the primary prevention of smoking among children at 6th to 9th courses in primary schools. For each course, 6 lessons are oriented on the children active participation and include both the knowledge about health risks, improvement of willing attitudes to no-smoking, training the skills how to refuse the offer of tobacco and how to make the right decission for the future behavior. The evaluation of the effects showed the promissing results for the interventioned group in all parameters.

  • Cílem vytvořeného programu %22Kouření a já%22 je primární prevence kouření u dětí ze 6. až 9. tříd základních škol. Pro každý ročník je 6 lekcí, v nichž děti aktivně pracují; zahrnují poznatky o zdravotních rizicích kouření, zvýšení žádoucích postojů k nekouření, nácvik dovedností při odmítání kuřiva a procesu rozhodování se o budoucím chování. Hodnocení účinnosti programu naznačuje slibné výsledky intervence ve všech parametrech programu. (cs)
