Description
  • Multiple sclerosis is a chronic inflammatory demyelinating disease of the cerebral white matter and spinal cord. This paper describes the first results that were achieved by using an automatic method for the segmentation of affected areas, using data obtained by methods of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). Methods of artificial intelligence are used to achieve high accuracy in the identification of lesions in the brain.
