| - Již několik studií ukázalo autonomní dysfunkci u obézních dospělých osob. Nicméně výsledky jsou rozporuplné a znalosti o kardiovaskulární autonomní kontrole u obézních dětínedostatečné. Cílem studie bylo nalézt změny ve variabilitách systolického tlaku a srdeční frekvence a ukázat tak změny v krátkodobé reflexní sympatické a parasympatické aktivitě u dětí. Výsledky ukazují na zhoršení jak tonické, tak i reflexní kontrole krevního tlaku. Zvýšená variabilita systolického tlaku a pokles faktoru zesílení ukazuje na zvýšenou sympatickou a sniženou parasympatickou krátkodobou reflexní aktivitu. Vysvětlení perierních a centrálních mechanismů vedoucích ke změnám ve variabilitě systolického tlaku a faktoru zeílení ve LF a HF pásmu nemusí být identické, ale ukazuje se, že oběfrekvenční pásma mohou přinést nezávislé informace a prehypertenzním stavu. - Several studies have shown autonomic dysfunction in adult obese people. However the results are controversial and knowledge about changes of cardiovascular autonomous control in obese children is insufficient. The aim of the study was to find changes in variability of systolic blood pressure and heart rate, and thus to show changes in a short-term reflex sympathetic and parasympathetic activity in children. Data provide evidence of impaired both, tonic and reflex control of blood pressure. Increased SBP variability and decreased gain factor indicate increased sympathetic and decreased parasympathetic short-term reflex activity. Explanation of the consequence of peripheral and central mechanisms leading to changes in SBP variability and gain factor in LF and HF need not be identical, but it seems that both frequency ranges could bring information about a prehypertensive state.
