  • Fluoxetin inhiboval oxidatvní metabolismus via CYP2C6, CYP2D2 a CYP3A1/2 jak v experimentu na celém zvířeti, tak v modelu izolovaných perfundovaných jater. Současná terapie fluoxetinu u jedinců závislých na metamfetaminu může zpomalit biodegradaci metamfetaminu a prodloužit jeho psychotropní účinek. (cs)
  • Fluoxetine and the combined treatment with methamphetamine inhibited oxidative metabolism by the CYP2C6 and CYP2D2 and CYP3A1/2. Fluoxetine therapy could slow down biodegradation of methamphetamine in methamphetamine dependent subjects and thus the psychotropic effect of the drug can be maintained by smaller doses.
