Description	On the way towards inclusive society, university which constitutes a part of social space should create the same study opportunities for all students. The study concept has to be more flexible and individuals and groups who used to be marginalized and excluded from the professionalization process have to be taken into account. Establishing the new (inter)national study programmes Work Based Learning (WBL) and Erasmus-Mundus contributes to the professionalization process and optimizes working perspectives of such persons and groups. (en) Die Hochschule als Teil der sozialen Umwelt soll auf dem Weg zur inklusiven Gesellschaft gleiche Studienchanzen für alle Studenten schaffen und unter Berücksichtigung der früher marginalisieten, aus dem Professionalisierungsprozess ausgeschlossenen Gruppen und Personen, das Studium flexibler gestalten. Die Etablierung der neuen (inter)nationalen Studienprogramme Work Based Learning (WBL) und Erasmus-Mundus leistet einen Beitrag zum Professionalisierungsprozess und optimalisiert auch Berufsperspektiven für diese Gruppen und Personen.
