Description	In this paper we aim to automatically identify subjects, which are not expressed but nevertheless understood in Czech sentences. Our system uses the maximum entropy method to identify different types of unstated subjects and the system has been trained and tested on the Prague Dependency Treebank 2.0. The results of our experiments bring out further consideration over the suitability of the chosen corpus for our task.
