  • Das Kapitel beschäftigt sich mit der Situation der vagierenden Bevölkerung. Besonders %22Zigeuner%22 waren im 17. und der ersten Hälfte des 18. Jahrhunderts nur aufgrund dessen verfolgt, dass sie trotz des wiederholten Verbots im Lande blieben. Der Text konzentriert sich auf die Fälle, in denen die Kinder oder die Jugentlichen aus Zigeunergruppen in die seshaften Familien für %22Umerziehung%22 zwanghaft plaziert wurden. Eher als den Umfang oder Erfolg dieser Anordnungen behandelt der Autor die Frage, wie der %22zigeuner%22 Habitus definiert wurde.
  • The chapter deals with the situation of the vagrant population in the Czech Lands. In the 17th and first half of the 18th century especially the %22Gypsies%22 were harshly pursued because of their simple stay despite the repeatedly declared expulsion from the country. The text focuses on cases when children or young people from the Gypsy groups were placed by force in settled families in order to be %22re-educated%22. Rather than on extent adn succes of these measures the author concentrates on how the %22Gypsy%22 habitus was defined. (en)
