Description	V České republice je sociální ekonomika reálným jevem, ale není podložena legislativním rámcem, protože doposud neexistuje právnická definice tohoto fenoménu. Je akceptován pojem třetí sektor nebo občanský sektor a nestátní neziskové organizace, které jsou významnou součástí místní občanské společnosti při řešení různých problémů ekonomické, sociální a kulturní povahy. Subjekty sociální ekonomiky jsou dobrovolnické, oddělené od státu, preferující sociální aspekty. (cs) Social economy is a new term. It reminds orientation of international institutions in the 80s, when the concept of social economy on the governmental level was developed in Europe. Social economy is a new term. The subjects in third sector (civil sector, social economy) are voluntary, separated from a state, autonomous, mutual, preferring social aspects and interests of their members, whose main aim is not any profit.
