Description	Nach der Dezentralisierung des Wettbewerbsstörung 2003 stellt sich die Frage nach der transnationalen Wirkung einer Entscheidung einer nationalen Kartellbehörde. Schon heuzutage, obschon es keine EU-Recht Vorschrift vorsieht, wirken in der Regel die solchen Entscheidungen transnational. Für die Zukunft braucht man eine Regelung, die ein Regime der Unionweiten Wirkung festlegt. Als Filter gegen die Transnationale Wirkung eines Rechtsaktes der nationalen Kartellshärte kann den Vorbehalt ordre public dienen. This study challenges paradigms in the area of EU antitrust law. In contrast to the prevailing opinion it draws the conclusion that the legal acts (the decisions) of the cartel authorities of the EU member states ought to be qualified as transnational administrative acts which are issued under the authority of the EU within the application of European law.
