Description	The article analyses the reasons behind the rejection of effects of the ECJ's judgement %22Landtová%22 (as an act ultra vires) )by the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic in the case %22Slovak Pensions XVII%22. It deals also with the consequences of this Union-wide unprecedented constitutional decision for the judicial review of practice of the state authorities in administrating social security. The attention is paid also to the consequences of the said decision for the enforcement of the principle primacy of Union law in the legal orders of the member states. (en) L'article analyse les raisons (dépassant les pouvoirs conférés a l'Union européenne), qui conduit la Cour constitutionnelle de la République tchèque dans le XVII 'slovaque pensions }}pour refusant d'accorder l'arrêt de la Cour de justice de l'Union européenne %22Landtová%22 effets nationaux. Il aborde également les conséquences que cela dans toute l'Europe sans précédent conclusion d'inconstitutionnalité peut avoir a servir a des organismes gouvernementaux dans le programme de retraite, et pour l'application ultérieure des principaux avantages de l'Union droit dans les systèmes juridiques des États membres.
