Description	Die Sicherungsverwahrung wird als neue Schutzmaßnahme im tschechischen Strafgesetzbuch geregelt. Ihr Ziel ist es, das altbekannte Problem der Durchführung einer stationären Behandlung bei besonders gefährlichen psychiatrischen Patienten in der Tschechischen Republik zu lösen. Die Autoren erörtern primär die Entwicklung, Festlegung und Umsetzung dieses Instituts sowie weitere ausgewählte Aspekte dessen Anwendung. Preventive detention is regulated as a new protective measure in the Czech Penal Code. Your goal is to solve the old problem of the implementation of hospitalization for psychiatric patients particularly dangerous in the Czech Republic. The authors primarily discuss the development, establishment and operation of this institution, and other selected aspects of its application. (en)
