  • Der Beitrag bemüht sich um ein grundlegendes neues Verständnis von Interkulturalität. Dabei geht er von einem aus dem Nicht-Wissen resultierenden grundlegenden Staunen über den Fremden/das Fremde aus, das aber nicht, wie das philosophische Staunen etwa bei Aristoteles überwunden werden soll, sondern das je kulturell vorgeformte %22Denken wie üblich%22 dekonstruiert. An die Stelle einer starren Grenze zwischen dem Eigenen und dem Fremdem tritt das Modell des Horizonts, indem sich das (zudem verzeitlichte) Staunen über das Fremde ereignet.
  • The paper is examining a fundamental new understanding of interculturality. It does so by starting with a sense of wonder about the stranger / the foreign resulting from a lack of knowledge about him/it, that should not be overcomed, such as the philosophical wonder in Aristotle, but deconstructs the ever culturally preformed %22thinking as usual%22. In place of a rigid boundary between the familiar and the foreign it enters the model of horizon in which the (temporalized) wonder about the foreign takes place. (en)
