| - Eines der Kardinal-Phänomene, die mit der Emanzipation der Juden in der Mitte des 19. Jahrhunderts in Zusammenhang stehen, stellte die Freigabe der Migration und die Entstehung neuer ('emanzipatorischen') israelitischer Kultusgemeinden dar. Der Prozeß der Gleichberechtigung der Juden, die demographischen Veraderungen und die Bildung einzelner 'emanzipatorischen' Gemeinden in Mähren und Schlesien selbst wurden in der Fachliteratur in Gründzügen beschrieben. Daher beschränkt sich der Artikel auf die grundsätzlichen Fragen, die die bisherigen Arbeiten außer Archt ließen: Warum erhielten einige 'emanzipatorische' Kultusgemeinden verhältnismäßig leicht den Status einer Kultusgemeinde (in den fünfziger bis siebziger Jahren), während andere vergleichbare große gemeinden auf diesen Status bis zu Beginn der neunziger Jahre warten mußten? Welche Vorstellung von der organisatorischen Ordnung jüdischer Angelegenheiten hatte das Ministerium für Kultus und Unterricht, bestehende jüdische Gemeinde und neue ('emanzipatorische') jüdische Gemeinden? Nach welchen Kriterien entschied das Ministerium für Kultus und Unterricht? Welchen Einfluß hatten Juden auf die Gestalt der entsprechenden Rechtsvorschriften? Neben Antworten auf diese Fragen soll der Artikel außerdem versucht werden zu zeigen, wie diese Vorschriften und Entscheidungen des Ministeriums in das Leben der einzelnen Juden eingriffen.
- One of the fundamental phenomena associated with the emancipation of the Jews in the 19th century was the release of migration and the emergence of new (%22emancipatory%22) Jewish religious communities. The very process of the emancipation, demographic changes and the formation of individual %22emancipatory%22 Jewish Religious Communities in Moravia and Silesia is basically described in the literature, therefore the following article focuses on fundamental issues, that previous work neglected: Why had some %22emancipatory%22 communities gained the status of the Jewish Religious Community fairly easily and quickly (in the 50's - 70's), while other comparably large communities had to wait on the status until the beginning of the 90's? How the organizational structure of Jewish affairs was imagined by the Ministry for religion and education, by existing (%22traditional%22) Jewish communities and the %22emancipatory%22 Jewish communities? According to which criteria the Ministry of religion and education decided? What was the influence of the Jews to relevant legislation? In addition to the answers to these questions, this article also tries to show, how these rules and the decisions of the Ministry intervened in the life of individual Jews. (en)
