  • V tomto článku předkládám výklad koncepce estetické revoluce u francouzského filozofa Jacquesa Rancièra, abych ji následně podrobil kritice. Rancière se ostře vymezuje proti různým podobám modernistického výkladu umění, přitom jeho filozofie obsahuje zamlčená modernistická rezidua. Ta vystoupí na povrch zvláště, když se zaměříme na absenci otázky hodnoty a souzení v Rancièrově estetice.
  • In this paper, I present the conception of aesthetic revolution by the French philosopher Jacques Rancière and then develop a criticism of it. Rancière is an outspoken critic of modernist interpretations of art, but his own philosophy includes implicit modernist residues. These become appartent especially when one focuses on the absence of any discussion of aesthetic value and judgement in Rancière's aesthetics. (en)
