  • Byla provedena preparace modelových zubů prvního horního moláru a horního středního řezáku se schůdkem 0,8 mm, okluzní redukcí 2 mm a konicitou 6st. Získáno bylo 36 sádrových kopií rozdělených do 3 skupin. Fixačními materiály byly zinkoxidfosfátový cement, skloionomerní cement a kompozitní pryskyřice. Korunky Procera Allceram o tloušťce pláště 0,6 mm byly fixovány silou 50N. Absolutní okrajová nepřesnost byla hodnocena v REM. Ke statistické analýze byly použity Mannův-Whitneyův test a Kruskalův-Wallisův test. Absolutní okrajová nepřesnost činila 53 mm při užití zinkoxidfosfátového cementu, 44,5 mm při užití pryskyřice a 29 mm při užití skloionomerního cementu. Prokázán byl statisticky významný rozdíl mezi skloionomerním a zinkoxidfosfátovým cementem (p=0,001) a mezi skloionomerním cementem a pryskyřicí (p=0,003) na všech sledovaných plochách zubu s výjimkou plochy meziální. Různé fixační materiály mají vliv na konečnou kvalitu korunek Procera Allceram v experimentu. (cs)
  • Maxillary first molar and central incisor typhodont teeth were prepared with 0.8 mm chamfer, 2.0 mm occlusal reduction,and 6 degree taper. Totally 36 die stone models were obtained. Zinc phosphate, glass ionomer and resin cement were used. Procera AllCeram 0.6 mm coping was fixed with a calibrated finger force of 50 N. The absolute marginal discrepancy was measured using the SEM. Mann-Whitney U test and Kruskal-Wallis tests were employed to find significant differences. The absolute marginal discrepancies were using zinc phosphate (AZ) 53; resin (AR) 44.5, glass ionomer (AG) 29 microm. There was a significant difference among luting cements AG V/s AZ (p = 0.001) and AR V/s AG (p = 0.003), except AR V/s AZ (p = 0.213). All axial surfaces except mesial showed a significant difference. Conclusion different luting media have a definite effect over the final fit of AllCeram coping. Absolute marginal discrepancy was within the accepted level of 100 microm.
