Description	Současné celokeramické materiály nabízejí přijatelnou úroveň lomové odolnosti, přizpůsobivosti a estetiky. Vysoká lomová odolnost je předurčuje aby byly s klinickým úspěchem používány jako podpůrný materiál fixních parciálních náhrad (FPD) v zátěžových oblastech. Tento díl přehledu současné literatury pokrývá úspěšnost, výběrová kritéria celokeramických systémů, cementační techniky, finální úpravy a leštění. Době dokumentovány jsou in vitro a in vivo studie nových vysoce odolných keramik. Výsledky naznačují, že jednotlivé korunky v předních a zadních oblastech jsou prediktabilnější než můstky. Dobré studie dlouhodobá úspěšnost FPD náhrad jsou velmi omezené. (cs) %22Current all-ceramic materials offer a accepted level of fracture resistance, fit and aesthetics. High fracture resistance recommends it to be a material to support fixed partial denture (FPD) in a stress bearing area with clinical success. Tpart of the present literature review covers the success rate, selection criteria of all ceramic systems, cementation technique, finishing and polishing. In vitro and in vivo studies of new high strength ceramics were well documented. Data suggest that single crowns in the anterior and posterior region are more predictable than bridges.
