  • In this work, it was revealed that valid and routine determination of left-ventricular filling pattern in rabbit is hindered by relatively high physiological heart rate and therefore, it was shown to be unsuitable for early determination of anthracycline cardiotoxicity on this model. On the other hand, troponin T determination was demonstrated as very sensitive and earliest marker of cardiotoxicity on our model preceding all functional changes.

  • V této práci bylo zjištěno, že validní a rutinní hodnocení plnění levé komory u králíka je relativně obtížné s ohledem na relativně vysokou fyziologickou frekvenci, a proto se ukázal nevhodný pro časný záchyt antracyklinové kardiotoxicity na tomto modelu. Na druhou stranu, bylo demonstrováno, že troponin T je citlivým a nejčasnějším markerem antracyklinové kardiotoxicity, který předchází změnám funkce levé komory. (cs)
