Description	Kardiochirurgické operace jsou doprovázeny rozvojem syndromu celkové zánětlivé odpovědi (SIRS). Ve většině případů je tato zánětlivá odpověď přítomna pouze v subklinické formě. V některých případech však může nabýt klinicky patrnou nebo dokonce život ohrožující podobu. Tento přehledný článek předkládá některé nové údaje týkající se biologické důležitosti této zánětlivé odpovědi se současným pohledem na úlohu, kterou v ní hrají proteiny tepelného šoku 60 a 70 (cs) Cardiac surgical operations are associated with the development of a systemic in flammatory response syndrome (SIRS). In most cases, the inflammatory response is apparent only in its subclinical form. In some cases, however, it can become clinically manifest or even life-threatening.
