Description	Hladiny volného nitrotyrozinu v kondenzátu vydechovaného vzduchu byly vyšetřeny technikou plynové chromatografie s hmotnostní detekcí u dětí s cystickou fibrózou (v klidovém stavu), u dětí s průduškovým astmatem kontrolovaným farmakoterapií a u zdravých dětí. Průměrné koncentrace byly ve všech skupinách srovnatelné a nižší než 1 nmol/l. Volný nitrotyrozin v kondenzátu vydechovaného vzduchu není vhodným indikátorem nitračního stresu u dětí s cystickou finrózou a kontrolovaným průduškovým astmatem. (cs) Free nitrotyrosine was assayed in exhaled breath condensate using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry in children with cystic fibrosis (stable disease), well-controlled asthma and healthy children. The mean concentrations were less than 1 nmol/L and no differences were found between groups. Therefore, nitrotyrosine is not valuable indicator of oxidative stress in children with cystic fibrosis and asthma.
