Description	The pros and cons of the use of the foetal neural graft in the form of the very small solid (only mechanically dissociated) tissue pieces or the cultured cells separated by the enzymatic dissociation are discussed. Also the further possible usage of the neural stem cells embryonic and adult, and some other new therapeutic approaches in the treatment of neurodegenerative disorders, particularly of Huntington's disease are explained. Také je vysvětleno případné budoucí využití neurálních kmenových buněk embryonálních a adultních a některé další léčebné možnosti pro léčbu neurodegenerativních onemocnění, zejména Huntingtonovy choroby.
