| - Studienziel: Diese retrospektive Studie setzt sich zum Ziel, Spätfolgen nach der in der Kindheit der Patienten überstandenen BCG-Osteomyelitis nach Beendigung des Wachstums aufzuzeichnen und auszuwerten. Patienten und Methode: Für diese Studie wurden 5 im Entbindungsheim mit dem BCG-Impfstoff Typ Moskau geimpfte Patienten aufgesucht, bei denen laut Foucard-Kriterien die BCG-Osteomyelitis festgestellt wurde. Diagnostik, Behandlung und Überwachung bis zum Abschluss des Wachstums wurden im Intervall von 18 Jahren vorgenommen. Ergebnisse: Während der Auswertung der bleibenden Folgen wurden die Verkürzung der Extremitäten, Störung der Knieachse, Muskelhypotrophie der Extremität sowie residuale Änderungen nach dem epiphysären Herd auf den Röntgenaufnahmen festgestellt. Schlussfolgerung: Der postvakzinäre spezifische Knocheninfekt wurde komplex behandelt. Die festgestellten bleibenden Folgen nach dem Abschluss des Wachstums haben keine korrigierende Operation erfordert.
- Cíl: cílem této retrospektivní studie bylo zaznamenat a zhodnotit dlouhodobé důsledky v mládí prodělané BCG osteomyelitidy u pacientů po dokončení růstu kostí. Pacienti a metody: do studie bylo vybráno 5 pacientů, u nichž byla osteomyelitida prokázána Foucardovými kritériem, a kteří v porodnici podstoupili Moscowovu BCG vakcinaci. Tito jedinci byli diagnostikováni, léčeni a sledováni až do ukončeného růstu jejich kostí, a to během 18 let. Výsledky: byly nalezeny zkrácené končetiny, odklon osy kolenního kloubu, svalová hypotrofie končetin a na rentgenových snímcích reziduální změny epifyzeální infekce. Závěr: post vakcinační infekce kostí byla léčena složitým způsobem. Nalezené dlouhodobé důsledky po dokončení růstu kostí již nebyly chirurgicky korigovány. (cs)
- Aim: The aim of the retrospective study was to record and evaluate the long-term sequels in patients after their bone growth end, who went through the BCG osteomyelitis in their childhood. Patients and methods: Five patients were chosen for the study, in them the BCG osteomyelitis was proven according to Foucard's criteria, and who had undergone a Moscow-type BCG vaccination in the maternity hospital. They have been diagnosed, treated and followed-up till the end of their bone growth, in the course of 18 years. Results: On evaluation of the long-term sequels, the shortening of limbs, deviation of knee joint axis, muscular hypotrophy of the limbs, and residual changes on the X-ray after an epiphyseal infection focus were found. Conclusion: Post-vaccination specific bone infection has been treated in a complex way. The long-term sequels that were found after the bone growth end, have not been considered for correction surgery any longer. (en)
