Description	Dermatomykózy jsou nakažlivé povrchové plísňové infekce kůže, které jsou vysoce rozšířené ve vyspělých i rozvojových zemích a manifestují se na kůži jako anulární šupinatá ložiska s variabilní zánětlivou složkou. Ve většině případů jsou povrchové mykotické infekce kůže léčeny lokálními antimykotiky, např. ze skupiny imidazolů a allylaminů. Klinické studie nicméně ukazují, že kombinace lokálního kortikoidu s imidazolovým antimykotickým přípravkem zvyšuje dostupnost a prodlužuje aktivitu antimykotika v kůži, dále pak výrazně redukuje zánětlivé projevy na kůži, zlepšuje hojení a také poskytuje protiplísňovou ochranu proti reinfekci kůže na několik týdnů po skončení terapie (cs) Dermatomycoses are contagious superficial skin fungal infections, which are highly prevalent in developed and developing countries, and manifest on glabrous skin as an annular scaly lesion with a variable inflammatory component. Mostly, dermatomycoses of glabrous skin are treated with topical antifungal agents, such as imidazoles and allylamines.
