Glykokonjugáty založené na kalixarenech byly v porovnání s předtím testovaným glykodendrimerem (PAMAM-GlcNAc8)účinnější (cs) Newly synthesized N-acetyl-D-glucosamine(GlcNAc)tetramers on calixarene scaffolds exhibited high binding affinity for recombinant natural killer cell surface molecules NKR-P1 and CD69, resulting in the stimulation of NK cell-mediated cytotoxicity against tumor cell targets. These calixarene-based glycoconjugates were superior to the previously tested PAMAM-GlcNAc8 (octavalent glycodendrimer displaying GlcNAc substituents on polyamidoamine core) Newly synthesized N-acetyl-D-glucosamine(GlcNAc)tetramers on calixarene scaffolds exhibited high binding affinity for recombinant natural killer cell surface molecules NKR-P1 and CD69, resulting in the stimulation of NK cell-mediated cytotoxicity against tumor cell targets.
