Description	In the first part, the author compares cognitive behaviour therapy and Gestalt therapy approaches in a structured way (theoretical background, therapeutical indications, therapeutical relationship, therapeutical goal, diagnostics, therapeutical interventions). The second part includes the case report which demonstrates the way the author applies both approaches in her counselling and psychotherapy practice in university students in the Students´Counselling Centre of the 3rd Medical Faculty of Charles University in Prague. (en) V první části článku autorka porovnává přístupy kognitivně behaviorální terapie a Gestalt terapie strukturovaným způsobem (teoretická východiska, terapeutické indikace, terapeutický vztah, terapeutický cíl, diagnostika, terapeutické intervence). Druhá část zahrnuje kazuistiku, na které autorka demonstruje způsob, jakým oba přístupy využívá v poradenské a psychoterapeutické praxi u vysokoškolských studentů ve Studentské poradně 3. lékařské fakulty Univerzity Karlovy v Praze.
