Description	Retrospektivně byl vyšetřen prognostický význam leukocytů periferní krve u 59 nemocných s metastatickým kolorektálním karcinomem. Fenotyp leukocytů byl analyzovám metodou dvoubarevné imunofenotypizace průtokovou cytometrií. Našč výsledky ukazují, že~poměr NK/CD3+CD69+ buněk v periferní krvi může být nezávislou proměnou v regresních modelech předpovídajících celkové přežití nemocných s metastázujícím kolorektálním karcinomem, která by měla být testována v prospektivních studiích.~ (cs) We evaluated restrospectively the prognostic significance of peripheral blood leukocytes in 59 patients with metastatic colorectal cancer. A phenotype of the leukocytes was analyzed by two-color flow cytometry. Present results indicate that the~NK/CD3+CD69+ ratio in peripheral blood may be an independent variable in a regression model predicting the overall survival of patients with colorectal cancer metastases to be tested in prospective studies.~ We evaluated restrospectively the prognostic significance of peripheral blood leukocytes in 59 patients with metastatic colorectal cancer.
