Description	1927 patients with chronic eczema (mean age 44,3 years, 301 males, 1326 females) were patch tested with selected excipients. (en) Celkově bylo pomocí epikutánních testů vyšetřeno 1927 pacientů - ekzematiků (průměrný věk 44,3 let, z toho 601 mužů a 1326 žen). Nejčastěji byla u těchto pacientů zjištěna senzibilizace na thiomersal (11,3 %), dále na alkoholy lanolinu (4 %), na phenylmercuric acetát (3,1 %) a na formaldehyd (3,1 %). Frekvence senzibilizace na pomocné látky je u pacientů s chronickým ekzémem značná. Proto je nutné uvádět složení kosmetických i dermatologických přípravků na jejich obalu (cs)
