Description	Vysoká citlivost testu IgE na jablko a mrkev ukazuje dobrou diagnostickou hodnotu. Kožní prick test a test aktivace bazofilů s čerstvým jablkem a mrkví ukázala vyšší citlivost než komerční jablečné a mrkvové extrakty. Složkově specifická diagnostika (CRD) používající rekombinantní alergeny v testu aktivace bazofilů může prokázat senzibilizaci k hlavním alergenům Mal d1 a Dau c1 a senzibilizaci k dalším alergenům. CRD může být užitečná pro klinické účely testování alergických reakcí na potraviny rostlinného původu. (cs) The high sensitivity of sIgE to apple and carrot showed good diagnostic value. The SPT and the BAT with fresh apple and carrot showed higher sensitivities than with commercial apple and carrot extracts. Component- resolved diagnosis (CRD) by the use of recombinant allergens in the BAT can show the senzitization pattern to main allergens Mal d 1 and Dau c 1 or the sensitization to other allergens.
