  • Monitoring of firms structure shows that firm´s structure of the food industry has changed. Privatization, demonopolization and market liberalization primarily had been one of the main features in the period of economic reform. In EU accession period thepriority of the Czech national food policy was aimed to high deree of food safety and quality, improvement of the legislative framework in firm´s base and control system. Food strategy after EU accession period should be based on concentration of food production and competitiveness of the Czech food products. Achieving of this aims to enable the keeping efficiency the Czech food industry in future conditions.

  • Monitoring firemní struktury potravinářského průmyslu ukázal, že se postupně měnila. Privatizace, demonopolizace a tržní liberalizace byly základními příčinami změn v období hospodářské reformy. V etapě přípravy na vstup do EU se hybnou silou změn ve firemní základně stala potravinová politika, zaměřená na dosažení vysokého stupně potravinové bezpečnosti a kvality, která se opírala o zlepšení legislativního rámce a kontrolního systému. Potravinová strategie po přijetí ČR do EU bude založena na výrobní koncentraci výroby potravin a konkurenční schopnosti českých potravinářských výrobků. Dosažení těchto cílů umožní udržení výkonnosti potravinářského průmyslu v nových podmínkách. (cs)
