Description	Byla vyvinuta semikvantitativní ELISA pro detekci semikarbazidu ve vzorcích vajec. ELISA splňuje prováděcí a validační kritéria stanovená „ Commision Decision 2002/657/EC“. Metoda je vhodná pro kvalitativní nebo semikvantitativní screeningové stanovení celkového semikarbazidu ve vejcích v koncentraci nižší než 1 mikrogram/kg. Tento ELISA screeningový test pro semikarbazid může být využit v kontrolními orgány, laboratořemi pro monitoring cizorodých látek, provozními laboratořemi potravinářských podniků a tím přispět k vylepšení bezpečnosti potravin pro spotřebitele. (cs) Semiquantitative ELISA for the detection of semicarbazide in samples of eggs was developed. The ELISA method satisfies the performance and validation criteria laid down by Commision Decision 2002/657/EC. It is suitable for qualitative or semi-quantitative screening determination of total semicarbazide in eggs at concentrations below the EU MRPL of 1 microgram/kg. This ELISA screening test for semicarbazide can be used in regulatory authorities, residues laboratories and the food industry in dealing with nitrofurazone and semicarbazide problems and in improving of food safety for the consumer.
