| - Cílem práce bylo zjistit nutriční hodnotu neodslupkovaných a odslupkovaných šrotovaných semen Lupinus albus L. cvs. Butan, stanovením bilanční stravitelnosti živin u rostoucích prasat při různé míře náhrady suplementárního proteinu sóji. Pokus byl proveden na 25 vepřících hybridní kombinace P x (Du x LW x L). Krmná směs kontrolní skupiny obsahovala extrahovaný sójový šrot (ESM). Ve čtyřech pokusných dietách byla provedena 50% a 100% náhrada proteinu sojového extrahovaného šrotu inkluzí neodslupkované (WL 50, WL 100) resp. odslupkované lupiny (DL 50, DL 100). Při 100% náhradě sójového proteinu odslupkovanou lupinou (DL 100) oproti ESM byla průkazně vyšší stravitelnost sušiny, proteinu, tuku, vlákniny, NDF, ADF, celulozy, vyšší byla stravitelnost threoninu a lysinu, nižší methioninu. Denní přírůstky živé hmotnosti byly u všech pokusných zvířat nesignifikantně vyšší ve srovnání s kontrolními, nejpříznivější konverze byla při 100% náhradě sójového proteinu odslupkovanou lupinou (DL 100). - The aim of our study was to assess nutritional value of whole and dehulled ground seeds of Lupinus albus L., cv. Butan by determination of balance digestibility of nutrients in growing pigs at different levels of replacement soy protein with lupine. The experiment was performed on 25 pigs. Feed compound of the control group contained extracted soybean meal (ESM). In four experimental diets, 50% and 100% replacement of soy protein with inclusion of whole (WL 50, WL 100) or dehulled (DL 50, DL 100) lupine was carried out. A 100% replacement of soy protein with dehulled lupine (DL 100) resulted in significantly higher digestibility of nutrients compared with the control diet. In this case, digestibility of threonine and lysine was higher, that of methionine was lower. Daily gains of live body weight were nonsignificantly higher in all experimental animals compared with the controls, the most beneficial conversion being at 100% replacement of soy protein with dehulled lupine.
