  • Imunoproteomová analýza byla použita ke studiu imunoreaktivity séra laboratorního pracovníka náhodně infikovaného vysoce virulentním kmenem Francisella tularensis subsp. tularensis. Analýza byla provedena se vzorky sér odebraných v intervalu 2, 5 a 16 let po infekci. Jako zdroj antigenů byly použity membránové frakce z F. tularensis subsp. tularensis. Imunobloting ukázal, že spektrum antigenů F. tularensis specificky rozpoznaných imunním sérem zůstává s výjimkou 1 antigenu stejné i po 16 letech po infekci. Pomocí imunoproteomického přístupu bylo úspěšně identifikováno 10 imunoreaktivních antigenů. Několik nových imunogenních proteinů F. tularensis bylo popsáno poprvé. (cs)
  • Immunoproteomic analysis was applied to study the immunoreactivity of serum from a laboratory assistant accidentally infected with highly virulent strain of Francisella tularensis subsp. tularensis. The serum samples collected 2, 5 and 16 years after infection were utilized for analysis. The membrane proteins enriched fraction of F. tularensis subsp. tularensis was used as the source of antigens. Immunoblotting showed that the spectrum of F. tularensis antigens recognized specifically by immune sera remained with the exception for 1 antigen stable for up to 16 years after infection. Using immunoproteomics approach 10 immunoreactive antigens were successfully identified. Several new immunogenic F. tularensis proteins were described for the first time.
