| - The shere of lysed leukocytes rose in the course of the in vitro incubation. The influx induction by phosphate buffered saline resulted in the lowest incidence of cytolysis, the induction with lipopolysaccharide, in the highest incidence. Heat stress, unlike ultraviolet irradiation, resulted in a significant increase in the fraction of lysed leukocytes. Ultraviolet radiation induced neutrophil apoptosis in a dominant way. Highly significant positive correlation between the percentage of apoptotic neutrophils and the percentage of lysed leucocytes was shown. The proportion of necrotic neutrophils positively correlated with share of lysed leukocytes only after influx induction with the lipopolysaccharide. After the influx induction with phosphate buffered saline statistically significant negative correlation was demonstrated. Then, when the more leukocytes succumb to cytolysis, thus the smaller share of necrotic neutrophils can be detected by flow cytometry.

- Frakce lýzovaných leukocytů roste během in vitro inkubace. v závislosti na použitém induktoru influxu. Fyziologický roztok způsobuje nejnižší, lipopolysacharid nejvyšší výskut cytolýzy. Tepelný stres, stejně tak jako ozáření ultrafialovým světlem způsobuje signifikantní vzrůst frakce lýzovaných leukocytů. Ozáření ultrafialovým světlem indukuje dominantní apoptózu neutrofilů. Vysoce signifikantní pozitivní korelace byla prokázána mezi procentuálním podílem apoptotických neutrofilů a podílem lýzovaných leukocytů. Statisticky signifikantní pozitivní korelace byla prokázána mezi popdílem nektrotických neutrofilů a podílem lýzovaných leukocytů pouze po indukci influxu lipopolysacharidem. Po indukci influxu fyziologickým roztokem byla zaznamenána statisticky významná negativní klorelace mezi podílem nekrotických neutrofilů a procentuálním podílem lýzovaných leukocytů.Tedy, když více leukocytů podléhá cytolýze, menší podíl nekrotických neutrofilů může být detekován průtokovou cytometrií.
