  • Cyklující krávy po porážce byly použity jako donorky oocytů. Na základě morfologického hodnocejí jejich ovárií byla zvířata rozdělena do dvou skupin: donorky s ovárii odpovídajícími růstové fázi první folikulární vlny (3.-4. den estrálního cyklu) a donorky s ovárii v ostatních fázích folikulárního vývoje ( nedefinované dny estrálního cyklu). Oocyty byly získány a embrya byla připravena jako separované populace pomocí standardního protokolu. Embrya byla zmrazena 7. nebo 8. den po fertilizaci. Získání oocytů od donorek v růstové fázi pozitivně ovlivnilo produkci bovinních embryí pro konzervaci. Vývoj embryí získaných z oocytů donorek v růstové fázi byl akcelerován a více morfologicky kvalitních blastocyst s vyšší kryotolerancí bylo získáno 7. den po fertilizaci ve srovnání s embryi získanými z oocytů donorek v ostatních fázích folikullárního vývoje. They were divided into two groups based on ovarian morphology: donors with ovaries corresponding to the growth phase of the first follicular wave (estrus cycle days 3-4), and donors with ovaries in any other phase of follicular development (undefined estrus cycle days). Ooocytes were collected and embryos were prepared as two separate populations by standard protocol. The were frozen on day 7 or day 8 after fertilization. The collection of oocytes from donors in the growth phase positively influenced the in vitro production of bovine embryos for cryopreservation. The development of embryos produced with oocytes collected from the donors in the growth phase was accelerated and more excellent and good advanced blastocysts with greater cryotolerance were produced on Day 7 after fertilization, as compared to embryos produced with oocytes collected from the donors in any other phase of follicular development.
