Description
| - Celkem 3630 tkání z poražených prasat bylo vyšetřeno bakteriologickými vyšetřeným. Tuberkulózní léze různých velikostí byly zjištěny u 3381 zvířat: u 150 zvířat byla zjištěna adenopatie, u 2026 kaseiifikace a 1205 zvířat kalcifikace. Mikroskopicky byly AFR objeveny ve tkáních 1778 zvířat s různými stádii patologicko-anatomických změn a u 26 zvířat bez tuberkulózních lézí. Ze 1579 mykobakteriálních izolátů patřilo 1493 izolátů do komplexu M. avium: 469 M.a.avium (IS901+, serotypů 2 a 3) a 891 M.a.hominissuis (IS901- isolaty serotypů 8 a 9). Dalších 5 izolátů byly zástupci atypických mykobakteriálních druhů. Detekční poměr izolátů z tkání s tuberkulózními lézemi byl významně vyšší (p lt;0.01) než z tání bez tuberkulózních lézí. Krmivo a stelivový materiál byly pravděpodobné rozikové faktory pro výskyt infekce. (cs)
- A total of 3630 tissue samples from slaughtered pigs were examined by gross and bacteriological examination. Various gross lesions were detected in 3381 animals, which includes; adenopathy in 150, tuberculous lesions with caseation in 2026 and tuberculous lesions with calcification in 1 205 animals. Microscopically AFR were found in tissues from 1778 animals with different stages of pathological anatomical changes, and in 36 animals free from gross lesions. Of the 1579 mycobacterial isolates, 1493 were classified as M.avium complex members: 469 M.a.avium (IS901+, serotypes 2 and 3) and 891 M.a.hominissuis (IS901- isolates of serotypes 8 and 9). The other 52 isolates were members of other atypical mycobacteria species. The detection rate of isolates from tissues with tuberculous lesions was likewise significantly higher (p lt;0.01) than from tissues without tuberculous lesions. Feed additives and bedding materials were found to be predisposing factors for the occurrence of the infection.
