Description
  • Cílem práce bylo ověřit, zda zvýšený příjem tuku (vápenaté soli mastných kyselin) po porodu ovlivní rozvoj steatózy jater dojnic. Obsah tuku u kontrolní (n=10) a pokusné skupiny (n=10) dojnic činil 3.7 % a 6.99 % sušiny krmné dávky. Histologickéhovyšetření biopsií jaterní tkáně odebraných 4. týden po porodu prokázalo u pokusných dojnis signifikantně vyšší infiltraci lipidy a nižší obsah glykogenu (p<0.01). Biochemické vyšetření krevního séra 2. a 4. týden po porodu prokázalo u pokusných dojnicsignifikantně vyšší (p<0.05) koncentrace betahydroxybutyrátu, neesterifikovaných mastných kyselin a celkového cholesterolu. Výsledky práce poukazují na podstatný vliv zvýšeného příjmu tuku v první fázi laktace na rozvoj steatózy jater. (cs)
  • The aim of the study was to determine the influence of increased intake of fats (calciferous salts of fatty acids) in early lactation period on the development of liver steatosis. The fat content in the diets fed to the control (n=10) and experimental(n=10) groups was 3.7% and 6.99% of dry matter, respectively. Histological examination of liver biopsy samples collected in week 4 post partum showed significantly higher lipid infiltration and lower glycogen concentrations (p<0.01) in experimental dairycows. Biochemical examination of blood sera in weeks 2 and 4 post partum showed significantly higher (p<0.05) concentrations of betahydroxybutyrate, non-esterified fatty acids and total cholesterol in experimental dairy cows. It follows from the presentstudy that increased intake of fats in the early lactation period has a substantial effect on the development of liver steatosis.
