| - Protilátky jsou široce užívány jako analytické nástroje v testech a technikách vyvinutých pro klinickou chemii, endokrinologii, dále pro výzkum potravin a životního prostředí včetně kontroly zdravotních rizik. Protilátky vyvinuté ve Výzkumném ústavuveterinárního lékařství v Brně and jejich aplikace v ELISA a příbuzných technikách jakými jsou imunosensory byly zaměřeny zejména na detekci herbicidů fenoxyoctových kyselin, s-triazinů a sulfonylmočovin, polychlorovaných bifenylů, surfaktantů(linearních alkylbenzensulfonátů), toxických metabolitů (nonylfenolu), a veterinárních léčiv (nitrofuranů a sulfonamidů). Tato publikace podává přehled o pokroku dosaženém na tomto pracovišti v produkci klíčových imunoreagentů v průběhu posledních 15let. Komplexní analýza prací (Web of Science(R) database) od roku 1980, publikovaných o imunoanalýze a biosensorech v oblasti kontroly životního prostředí a potravin demonstruje rychlý nárůst publikací o %22ELISA a Immunoassays%22 od roku 1991. - Antibodies have widely been used as analytical tools in various assays and techniques developed for clinical chemistry and endocrinology and for food and environmental research and risk control. Antibody development in the Veterinary Research Institute,Brno, and their application in ELISA and related techniques such as immunosensors has been directed especially to phenoxyacetic acid herbicides, s-triazine herbicides, sulfonylurea herbicides, polychlorinated biphenyls, surfactants (linear alkylbenzenesulphonates) and toxic metabolites (nonylphenol), and selected veterinary drugs (namely nitrofurans and sulfonamides). This paper provides an overview of progress achieved in the production of key immunoreagents in this laboratory during the last 15years. Acomprehensive analysis of papers (the Web of Science(R) database) published on immunoassays and biosensors used in food and environmental research since 1980 demonstrates a rapid increase of publications on %22ELISA and immunoassays%22 since 1991.
