Description	In the present study we have shown a high degree of genetic homogeneity among the recently (2002-03) circulating BRS viruses in cattle population in the Czech Republic. These strains are in the phylogenetic tree more closely related to the Danish viruses from 1995 that to the Czech strain VS97 from 1997 that shares the highest similarity with French and Belgian strains F1 and P10. We have assumed from the sequence analysis that revealed high range of diversity, 0-11.4% at the nucleotide level and 0-21%at the amino acid level between viruses from 2002-3 and 1997, is more likely due to the distinct sources of viruses than sequence evolution. (en) Byl prokázán vysoký stupeň genetické homogenity mezi v současné době (2002-2003) cirkulujícími BRSV kmeny v populaci skotu ČR. Tyto kmeny jsou ve fylogenetickém stromu úzce příbuzné dánským kmenům z roku 1995 než českému kmenu VS 97 izolovanému v roce 1997, který je nejvíce příbuzný k francouzkému kmeni F1 a belgickému kmeni P10.V sekvenční analýze jsme prokázali rozdíl mezi BRSV kmeny z let 2002-2003 a izolátu VS97 (nukleotidové sekvence 0-11,4% a aminokyselinové 0-21%).
