Description	Byla studována patogenéze salmonelózy po experimentální infekci selat po odstavu (n=20) senzitivním a multirezistentním kmenem na antibiotika (ACSSuT) Salmonella typhimurium fagotypu DT 104 humánního původu. Průběh onemocnění měl v prvním týdnu po infekci charakter akutní septikémie a enterokolitídy, v pozdní fázi byl subklinický v důsledku perzistence salmomonel v tlustém a slepém střevě a mezenteriálních mízních uzlinách. Nebyla prokázána souvislost mezi multirezistencí k antibiotikům a virulencí kmenů S.typhimurium DT 104. The aim of the study was to compare pathogenicity of sensitive and multiresistant strains S.typhimurium DT 104 after oral infection of weaned piglets, and to determine salmonella persistence in tissues of sacrificed experimental animals. The severe clinical course of the disease, charakterized by acute septicemia and enterocolitis, was observed after oral infection of weaned piglets with multiresistant strain Salmonella typhimurium DT 104 and antibiotic sensitive strain. No relationship was confirmed between the antibiotic multiresistance of S.typhimurium DT 104 and virulence. (en)
