Description
| - Pro podmínky měření podtlaku ve strukových násadcích byla použita čidla, umístěná na 4 místech násadce. Hodnocen byl průběh podtlaku zejména v komoře strukové návlečky a ve sběrači v průběhu doby pulsu v maximální i minimální fázi podle ISO 6690. Měřeníbylo prováděno při laboratorních podmínkách a změřené hodnoty byly zaznamenány. Bylo hodnoceno 5 různých, sériově vyráběných násadců s objemem sběrače 150, 200, 300, 420, 450 a 500 cm3. Při průtoku 5 l.min-1 se podtlak v komoře návlečky snížil na 1,4-3,3kPa a ve sběrači klesl na 1,7 x5,3 kPa v závislosti na typu sběrače. Průtok 12 l.min-1 snížil podtlak v komoře návlečky na hodnotu 4,1 - 11,2 kPa a ve sběrači činil 3,9 - 11,6 kPa. Při hodnocení kolísání podtlaku v průběhu času pulsace nebyly zjištěnyžádné evidentní rozdíly ve srovnání s jeho hodnocením při pouze maximální fázi. - For the vacuum conditions measurement of the clusters the vacuum sensors, placed on 4 points of this clusters were used. Evaluated was the vacuum course in the liner chamber and in the claw in total pulse time in maximum and minimum phase by ISO 6690. The measurement was carried out under laboratory conditions and measured values were recorded. Evaluated were 5 different serial produced clusters with the claw volume of 150, 200, 300, 420, 450 and 500 cm3. By the flow- rate of 5 l.min-1 the vacuum decrease in the liner chamber of the clusters was 1.4 x3.3 kPa and in the claw 1.7 x5.3 kPa by the claw type. By the flow rate of 12 l.min-1 vacuum decrease in the liner chamber of the clusters was 4.1 x11.2 kPa and in the claw 3.9 x11.6 kPa. For total pulse time no evidential difference was found in comparison with the vacuum fluctuation evaluated only for maximum phase. The measurements will continue by measuring in the milking parlour during the real milking
