| - The focus of this study was to confirm the relationship among body condition score (BSC) at the time around parturition, milk yield in subsequent lactation, reproductive efficiency and BCS development in Czech Fleckvieh dairy cows. Cows with lower BCS in the 1st month after calving showed an increase in both milk yield and FCPM yield. The BCS in the last month before parturition influenced its subsequent decrease in the 1st phase of lactation. Cows with the highest BCS before calving retained it in the next 5 months of lactation. Adequately, the cows with the lowest BCS in the 1st month of lactation had the lowest BCS in the next 4 months. BCS before calving was not related to reproduction indicators, but the significant effect of BCS in the 1st month after calving on the length of calving to the 1st service interval was confirmed. The group of cows with BCS>3.5 in the 1st month after calving had the most favourable reproduction indicators.

- Cílem této studie bylo potvrdit vztah mezi tělesnou kondicí (BCS) v období porodu, mléčnou užitkovostí v následující laktaci, reprodukční užitkovostí a vývojem BCS u českých strakatých dojnic. Krávy s nižším BCS v 1. měsíci po otelení vykázaly růst mléčné užitkovosti i užitkovosti vyjádřené ve FPCM. BCS v posledním měsíci před porodem ovlivnilo jeho pokles v 1. fázi laktace. Krávy s nejvyšším BCS před otelením si ho udržely i v následujících 5 měsících laktace. Podobně krávy s nejnižším BCS v 1. měsíci laktace měly nejnižší BCS v dalších 4 měsících. BCS před otelením nebyl ve vztahu k reprodukčním ukazatelům, byl však potvrzen průkazný vliv BCS v 1. měsíci po otelení na délku intervalu od otelení do 1. zapuštění. Skupina krav s BCS>3.5 měla v prvním měsíci od otelení nejlepší reprodukční ukazatele. (cs)
