Description	Ke stanovení bakteriální sukcese ve střevech byly odebírány vzorky trusu od dvou novorozených telat. Střeva byla osídlována nejprve Escherichia coli a Bifidobacterium animalis, následovaly druhy blízce příbuzné rodům Bacteroides, Clostridium a Faecalibacterium. Změna v dietě byla spojena se změnami bakteriální populace a s výskytem mnoha druhů baktérií, které nebyly dosud zjištěny. Se změnou diety souvisela i změna koncentrace těkavých mastných kyselin. (cs) Fecal samples of two newborn calves were analyzed to detect bacterial succession in their gut. Escherichia coli and Bifidobacterium animalis were the initial colonizers, followed by species closely related to the genera Bacteroides, Clostridium and Faecalibacterium. Change of diet was connected with shifts of bacterial population and with the occurrence of many bacterial species that have not been cultured up to now. The diet change corresponded with an alteration in a volatile-fatty-acid concentration in fecal samples. Fecal samples of two newborn calves were analyzed to detect bacterial succession in their gut.
