| - Cílem této práce bylo hodnocení vztahu mezi mléčnou horečkou (MF), zadrženou placentou (RP), metritidou (ME), ovariálními cystami (OC), klinickou mastitidou (CM), kulhavostí (LS) a reprodukční užitkovostí dojnic. Bylo prokázáno, že poruchy plodnosti související s porodem, např. RP a ME, mají signifikantní vliv na interval (od otelení do 1. inseminace – DAI), servis periodu (OD) a inseminační index (NAI). Rovněž byl zjištěn signifikantní vliv OC na všechny reprodukční parametry. Mastitida a kulhavost měly signifikantní vliv na OD a NAI. Výskyt mléčné horečky signifikantně souvisel jen s prodloužením období do první inseminace. Krávy se zdravotními poruchami byly v porovnání se zdravými inseminovány později, a zabřezávaly později po předchozím otelení a k zabřeznutí potřebovaly více inseminací. (cs)
- The objective of this study was to evaluate the relationships between milk fever (MF), retained placenta (RP), metritis (ME), ovarian cysts (OC), clinical mastitis (CM), lameness (LS), and the reproductive performance of Holstein cows. It was proved that fertility disorders relating to parturition, such as RP and ME, had a significant influence on the days from calving to the first AI service (DAI), open days (OD), and the number of inseminations needed for conception (NAI). A significant effect of OC on all reproduction parameters was also found. Mastitis and lameness had significant effects on OD and NAI. The milk fever occurrence was related significantly only to a longer period to the first AI. In general, cows with health disorders are inseminated later and they conceived later after their previous calving compared to healthy cows, and need more inseminations for conception.
