  • In this study the deposition of conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) isomers in loin and hindleg meat, liver and fat, and effects on fatty acid (FA) profile were investigated. CLA was supplied as synthetically produced oil at 5 and 10 g.kg-1 diet. Treatment with CLA increased proportion of saturated FA at expense of monounsaturated FA in carcass and liver. CLA was well incorporated into tissues, CLA isomers, however, did not accumulate proportionally to their dietary concentration. Concentration of CLA in tissue lipids increased with increasing CLA content in the diet. Supplementation of the diet with CLA increased CLA in lipids of meat from < 1 mg.g-1 FA up to 36 mg.g-1 FA. The length of CLA feeding (3 vs. 6 weeks) had no effect on CLA deposition. It can be concluded that the enrichment of rabbit meat with CLA could provide more healthful product for human consumption.

  • Bylo zkoumáno ukládání izomerů konjugované kyseliny linoleové (CLA) z krmné dávky králíků do masa hřbetu a stehna, do jater a tuku a vliv na profil mastných kyselin (FA). CLA byla přidávána do diety ve formě synteticky vyráběného oleje v v dávkách 5 a 10 g.kg -1 krmné dávky. Přídavek CLA zvyšoval podíl nasycených FA v jatečném těle a játrech. CLA byla ve velkém množství přítomna ve tkáních, izomery CLA se však neukládaly v množství odpovídajícím koncentraci v dietě. Koncentrace CLA ve tkáňových tucích se zvyšovala se vzrůstajícím obsahem CLA v dietě. Přidávání CLA do diety zvyšovalo její obsah v tucích v mase od < 1 mg.g-1 FA až do 36 mg.g-1 FA. Délka zkrmování CLA (3 vs. 6 týdnů) neměla vliv na ukládání CLA. Lze usoudit, že obohacení králičího masa CLA by poskytlo zdravější produkt pro výživu lidí. (cs)
